US President Donald Trump has announced a three-week extension to the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon after talks at the White House with Israeli and Lebanese envoys.<\/p>\n
As tensions persist across the region, he\u00a0said he \u201ccould make a deal right now\u201d with Iran but is willing to wait for an \u201ceverlasting\u201d agreement.<\/p>\n
