Deported migrants arrive in Costa Rica from the US | Newsfeed
Costa Rica has received 25 people deported by the US as the first wave of an agreement between the two countries.
Costa Rica would allow people to return to their country voluntarily or seek refugee status if they fear persecution, says Omer Badilla, director-general of Costa Rica Immigration.
