Macron, Starmer, Zelenskyy sign Ukraine troop deployment pact
France, the UK and Ukraine have signed a declaration of intent on deploying a multinational force after any ceasefire with Russia. The move came at a Paris meeting of Ukraine’s allies, aimed at reinforcing Kyiv’s future security and unity against Moscow.
